*Volume up, go Fullscreen* :D It's tough to know what to put-in/leave-out of these videos, some things can be too personal so I tried to strike a balance - I'll be proud of those in secret ;) Each year I strive to improve in many areas of my life, this year has felt like a massive step up, and I plan for 2024 to be another leap forward. In some areas of my life, I've 5x my results, and I plan to push that further. I'm in a place of genuine happiness and drive, I'm also able to more freely be my goofy self and enjoy poking fun at myself here too. Making this video was a journey back to an old passion, and also marks the beginning of the theme of next year ;) And with all of my hobbies, I do them for myself first, this video is very much a way for me to flex my creativity after a long time focussing. I'm thankful for all of the amazing people I've met this year and the people who have taught me many new things, so I've tags some of my teachers to show appreciation. I didn't post this for a while, I tend to post only to stories because I tend to think 'I'm still not quite there', but here's to learning to celebrate the wins along the way, and feeling that pride. Currently onto my next phase with several more still to go before I have the body I'm looking for. #fitness #malefitness #weightlifting
I never share goals before I finish them, but my initial (at the start before any changes) results have gotten me excited! 😁 I sent my blood off to a lab and according to my DNA, I biologically age at a rate of 0.78, where 1 is 1 real-time year, so my birthday is every 15 months biologically. - Essentially, I get 3 months of the year where I don't age. - My age based on my telomere length is 17.68 years old. - Health-wise, my body is essentially 10 years younger than the average 27 year old (my chronological age). Me: "I thought I'd get a more normal result like 1 tbh" Mum: "lol that's you saying you're normal!" Yeah, she's not wrong 😅💙 This is my starting point given my current lifestyle and health, I'm currently improving to further reduce my biological speed of ageing 💪🏾😎
Attending @thealexszepietowski HMO Masterclass was extremely fun, educational, and enlightening in learning how to properly create high-quality and comfortable properties where investors (even those who have never invested in anything before) can passively achieve higher returns on their money than they can by themselves with most other investments. We've met a large number of Property Investors and spent such an amazing time together! More exciting news to come!!
Starting off the first day of Alex Szepietowski's Property Investing House in Multiple Occupation (HMO) Masterclass in London today. Excited to be in business with my brother on this journey in learning how to create better solid and reliable returns for people than they can create themselves! Year Goal #5 - Half Complete: Sitting at 12st again (this time a lot more lean), and I'm having a lot more fun with fitness lately. Believe it or not I still have a running joke with myself that I'm a 'skinny boi' since people tell me every so often I should 'Start going to the gym' and I'm 'skinny' - it always makes me laugh 😋 Remember, most diets are fads and the *core science* behind changing your body in whatever way you want hasn't changed for hundreds of years... mainly because the human body hasn't changed for ages either.
