These terms explain the 30-day trial, lifetime licence, payment, recovery, refund, and acceptable-use rules for Global Video Enhancer. By installing or using the extension, you agree to these terms.
The service
Global Video Enhancer changes how supported HTML5 videos look in your browser. It includes colour, white-balance, tone, detail, preset, targeting, and interface controls. It does not alter or redistribute the original video file.
Developer and product support
ADD BROTHERS LTD provides the extension, licence, recovery, and product support. Purchases marked “Sold through Link” use Stripe Managed Payments, with Link as merchant of record for the transaction. Earlier direct purchases remain purchases from ADD BROTHERS LTD. Google operates the Chrome Web Store but is not the seller.

Trial and licence
The full extension is available for 30 days in the browser profile where the trial starts. When the trial expires, adjustment controls lock until a valid lifetime licence is activated.
The trial begins when the extension first records the trial start in that browser profile.
The trial is not a reduced or limited feature set.
A successful lifetime purchase unlocks the paid build without a subscription.
Automatic activation, a private licence backup, and manual key entry provide recovery routes.
The lifetime licence is for one person's compatible browser profiles and devices. A gift code issued or expressly approved by ADD BROTHERS LTD may be given privately to its intended recipient, who becomes the licence holder. “Lifetime” covers Global Video Enhancer and subsequent builds while the product is made available and can reasonably be supported; it does not promise that third-party browsers or websites will remain compatible forever. Existing valid purchases do not require another payment when the extension is updated. Apart from an approved gift, you must not sell, publish, share, or distribute the licence key or backup file.
Payments, activation, and refunds
The current lifetime checkout price is £5.99 GBP including applicable tax, charged once. There is no subscription. If you choose another currency, checkout shows the converted total before payment. The extension does not receive card or bank details. Earlier purchases retain the price and terms shown at their checkout.
Cancellation and consumer rights
You can request cancellation and a full refund within 30 days by emailing feedback@followamir.com from the purchase email. State that you want to cancel and include the purchase reference if available. You do not need to give a reason.
Cooling-off period
Access starts immediately after payment. ADD BROTHERS LTD does not use that immediate access to reduce the 30-day refund promise. A qualifying cancellation is refunded to the original payment method and the licence is revoked.
Faulty digital content
The software must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose. Where applicable, UK consumer law may entitle you to repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a refund. Nothing in these terms removes those rights.

Availability and changes
The extension is provided on an “as available” basis. Reasonable care is taken to keep it working, but a website, browser, operating system, graphics driver, protected video system, or third-party service may change without notice.
Global Video Enhancer supports Chromium-based desktop browsers compatible with Manifest V3. Check the current Chrome Web Store listing for supported browser requirements. Local files require you to enable “Allow access to file URLs”. Protected DRM video, browser Picture-in-Picture windows, browser-internal pages, opaque sandboxed frames, and some native fullscreen overlays may limit particular controls. Internet access is needed for purchase activation, online licence verification, and recovery; previously verified settings and adjustments are designed to continue locally between checks.
